Plain-language terms for working with Brand With Care.
Services and quotes
Prices listed on this website are current starting prices and may change. A written quote or agreement confirms the scope, deliverables and schedule for your project.
Payment
Ongoing packages are billed weekly, monthly or annually as selected. Annual packages are paid upfront. One-time projects generally require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due before final files are delivered.
Scheduling and approvals
Content is prepared according to an agreed calendar. Timely feedback and approvals keep your schedule on track; delays in feedback may shift delivery dates.
Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Additional expenses
Advertising budgets, influencer fees, travel outside the standard service area, licensed fonts or stock, printing and specialized production expenses are billed separately.
Content ownership and usage
On full payment, final approved deliverables are yours to use. Brand With Care may display completed work as portfolio samples unless you request otherwise in writing.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee a specific number of followers, leads, sales or revenue. We provide consistent strategy, professional content and performance-based improvements.
Cancellation
Weekly and month-to-month engagements may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing period. Annual packages and select bundles may require an agreement term.
