Brand With Care works with independent creative professionals on an assignment-by-assignment basis. Joining the network does not create an employment relationship or guarantee inquiries, bookings, minimum income, or a specific level of exposure. Creatives maintain control of their rates, availability, and the opportunities they accept. All project details, compensation, deliverables, usage rights, travel requirements, and expectations must be mutually approved in writing before an assignment is confirmed.
